The Contracts Analyst collaborates with the leadership team and Aramark Legal to document work requirements, scope, standards and specifications. Following Aramark procurement processes, the Contracts Analyst identifies and prequalifies candidates who meet client standards, reviews terms and provides feedback about contract awards. Over the life of contracts, the Contracts Analyst monitors contract reporting and compliance, quality performance and customer satisfaction. The Contracts Analyst enforces contract terms, negotiates scope adjustments, initiates penalties, probationary actions or termination.
Job Responsibility:
Know and uphold Aramark’s policies, procedures, and service agreement with the Client
Manage contract details to safeguard financial integrity and ensure agreements meet compliance and budgetary guidelines
Compile, verify and maintain baseline data on service contract requirements, work requirements, scopes, standards, and specifications
Ensure compliance with procurement process and schedule with the leadership team and establish lines of communication and reporting to the Client
Review reporting and operation audits and track Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for safety, productivity, process improvements, energy savings, cost reductions
Attend meetings on request, and support remedial or disciplinary actions toward contractors, up to and including termination
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant technical experience reviewing and managing vendor contracts in a large organization
