Job Description

Established medical device company based in Santa Clara, CA has an immediate opening for a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator! In this role, you will oversee distributor contracts, provide support for CLM database enhancements, and ensure smooth contract onboarding processes. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technology skills, great attention to detail, and a legal background.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage distributor contracts by coordinating execution, tracking updates, and overseeing related inquiries
  • Set up and maintain Salesforce accounts for distributors, ensuring accurate data entry and system functionality
  • Address distributor contracting questions by liaising with internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions
  • Support the automation and enhancement of Salesforce processes, including preparing and uploading data
  • Train team members on distributor procedures and the new Salesforce functionalities to ensure seamless transitions
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver high-quality customer service related to contracts and onboarding
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures while managing contracts

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal field
  • Proficiency in various technology
  • prior use of Salesforce is a huge plus
  • Strong communication skills, including email correspondence and triaging inquiries
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to grasp processes quickly
  • Open to recent graduates with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
