Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing contract processes, ensuring compliance, and maintaining organized records. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and expertise in contract management.

Job Responsibility:

Review and validate contract language before finalizing agreements
Utilize various software tools to create and update contract outlines
Organize and maintain a comprehensive database of contracts for easy access and retrieval
Secure all necessary signatures from involved parties to complete contract execution
Ensure all contracts comply with applicable guidelines and standards
Provide management with updates, insights, and reports on contract statuses
Collaborate with relevant teams to address contract-related inquiries and issues

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role
Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts
Familiarity with contract management software and tools
