Job Description:

Robert Half is partnering with a non-profit in the Greater Seattle Area to identify a Contracts Administrator who is ready to immediately jump in to assist and possibly join their team. This position is contract with the potential for extension or conversion into a permanent role. The key responsibilities include managing contracts, maintaining compliance, and building relationships with clients.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and maintain contracts related to donations, solicitations, and amendments, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant
research and track state-specific fundraising compliance requirements, keeping updated records and deadlines
draft contracts using templates, file documents with accompanying cover pages, and obtain necessary in-person signatures
organize and track tasks, deadlines, and renewals to ensure timely completion of responsibilities
build and maintain relationships with clients and non-profit partners to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction
monitor bank statements, manage mail tasks, and handle checks as part of contract administration duties
assist with compliance tracking and deadline management to prevent lapses in legal obligations

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator
proven ability to work effectively with legal teams and manage contract-related tasks
