We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to support contract review and documentation activities remotely. This role will focus on organizing commercial agreements, confirming completeness of key terms, and coordinating approvals through signature workflows. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, sound judgment when handling contract records, and experience working with SaaS-related agreements in a fast-paced business environment.
Job Responsibility:
Review incoming order forms, non-disclosure agreements, vendor contracts, and SaaS-related documents for completeness, accuracy, and required supporting information
Prepare contract packages and organize related materials so agreements are ready for internal review, approval, and execution
Coordinate routing of contracts to appropriate stakeholders and track signature status to help keep agreements moving on schedule
Maintain well-structured contract files and ensure executed documents are stored accurately for easy retrieval and audit readiness
Communicate with internal teams to resolve missing information, clarify contract details, and follow up on outstanding approvals
Compile agreement data and supporting documentation to assist with contract administration and reporting needs
Monitor document progress across the review and signature process and escalate delays or issues when necessary
Support updates to contract records and workflows, including process changes or system-related administrative tasks when assigned
Requirements:
Experience in contract administration or a similar role handling commercial agreements and related documentation
Familiarity with SaaS contracts, vendor agreements, order forms, and non-disclosure agreements
Strong attention to detail with the ability to review documents carefully and identify missing or inconsistent information
Ability to manage multiple agreements at once while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders and following up on approvals
Proficiency with document management tools, contract tracking systems, and standard business software
Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain orderly contract files and records
