We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their friendly team in Northampton. You will manage all contractual paperwork from inception to extensions, ensuring a seamless process for our clients and stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Validate incoming documents (contracts, invoices, emails, etc.)
  • Prepare new contractual documentation and amendments
  • Log and register interests in assets
  • Chase contractual documentation from customers
  • Generate invoices and manage debtor chasing
  • Create monthly reports aligned with management needs
  • Conduct data entry accurately into portfolio systems
  • Handle customer and supplier due diligence

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Well-organised and dependable
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Nice to have:

  • Experience with DocuSign or similar tools
  • Background in accounts is a plus
