Job Description:

Join Our Team as a Contracts Administrator! Are you ready to take your career to the next level in the automotive industry? We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their friendly team in Northampton. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for helping customers achieve their ambitions, we want to hear from you! You will manage all contractual paperwork from inception to extensions, ensuring a seamless process for our clients and stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Validate incoming documents (contracts, invoices, emails, etc.)
Prepare new contractual documentation and amendments
Log and register interests in assets
Chase contractual documentation from customers
Generate invoices and manage debtor chasing
Create monthly reports aligned with management needs
Conduct data entry accurately into portfolio systems
Handle customer and supplier due diligence

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office
High attention to detail and accuracy
Well-organised and dependable
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Nice to have:

Experience with DocuSign or similar tools
Background in accounts is a plus
