We are looking for a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team in Pasadena, Texas on a Contract basis. In this role, you will support the review and coordination of commercial agreements tied to rental equipment services, with a strong focus on consistency, documentation, and policy compliance. This position is best suited for someone who can manage structured workflows, assess contract content against approved standards, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Review commercial agreements, including master service contracts, using established checklists to confirm required elements are present and aligned with company guidelines
Evaluate customer-submitted contract language against approved templates and record any differences that require further attention
Escalate unusual, incomplete, or non-compliant terms to Legal or Contracts leadership in accordance with defined review procedures
Create clear contract summaries and organized issue logs to support business and legal review
Monitor agreement revisions, internal approvals, and signature progress to help keep the contract process on schedule
Maintain accurate and well-organized contract files within shared repositories or contract lifecycle management tools
Partner with teams across sales, operations, customer-facing functions, and legal to keep contract review activities moving efficiently
Assist with pricing, bid-related documentation, and other administrative contract support activities as needed within approved processes
Requirements:
Experience in contract administration or contract management within a structured business environment
Working knowledge of commercial contract documents such as service agreements, bid packages, and pricing schedules
Ability to compare contractual language against standard templates and identify exceptions accurately
Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple document versions, approvals, and deadlines
Clear written communication skills for preparing concise summaries, notes, and escalation items
Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders while following established policies and review procedures
High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential business information responsibly
