We are looking for a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Portland, Oregon. In this role, you will support procurement activities and ensure contracts are managed efficiently from drafting to execution.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate the full lifecycle of contracts, including drafting procurement agreements using templates
Facilitate vendor vetting processes by collecting necessary documentation such as Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and W-9 forms
Support negotiation teams by providing administrative assistance and ensuring smooth communication
Maintain progress on contracts, ensuring deadlines are met and forward movement is achieved
Utilize tools such as Teams and JIRA to manage workflows and track contract-related activities
Provide general administrative support related to contract management and procurement activities
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in contract administration and procurement
Proficiency in drafting contracts using templates and managing contract lifecycles
Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor vetting requirements
