We are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to support a non-profit organization in Atlanta, Georgia. In this contract role, you will be responsible for managing and modifying contract language, ensuring accurate input into designated systems, and maintaining efficient oversight of contract details.
Job Responsibility:
Review and analyze contract documents to identify specific clauses and details requiring modification or relocation
Update and input contract language into designated systems with accuracy and attention to detail
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and guidelines while handling contracts
Collaborate with relevant teams to maintain consistency and correctness in contract documentation
Organize and maintain electronic and physical contract files for easy reference and retrieval
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of contract-related tasks
Provide recommendations for streamlining contract management processes
Assist in cleaning up and organizing the repository of original contracts, as needed
Prepare reports and summaries of contract updates for management review
Maintain communication with stakeholders to address inquiries and ensure clarity in contract terms
Requirements:
Proven experience in contract administration or a related field
