Job Description:

Contracts Administrator position supporting legal and operations teams at a leading construction company in the East Bay, contributing to high-impact projects

Job Responsibility:

  • Draft, review, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and project specifications
  • Maintain and track contracts using a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system
  • Support negotiations and contract modifications in collaboration with internal teams and vendors
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and correspondence
  • Assist with risk management and contract compliance initiatives

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of contracts administration experience, preferably in construction or a related industry
  • Strong knowledge of subcontracts and construction agreements
  • Experience working with CLM systems
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Richmond full-time
  • Bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, or related field preferred
