We are looking for a skilled Contracts Administrator to oversee contract operations and support legal workflows for a client based in Dulles, VA. This position requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate with both internal teams and external legal counsel. The role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth management of legal processes and resources.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the intake, tracking, and resolution of Fresh Desk ticket requests, ensuring proper routing and timely follow-ups
Maintain and update legal reference materials, including standard amendments and riders
Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill representation and certification requirements
Process and code legal invoices while managing engagements with outside counsel
Handle initial intake and logging for subpoenas and Service of Process requests
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal or contracts administration
Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Proficiency in contract management and administration processes
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Fresh Desk is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage legal documentation
Nice to have:
Experience with contract pricing and negotiations
