We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to support a healthcare organization in Crown Point, Indiana with corporate documentation and contract review activities. This Long-term Contract position will focus on organizing records, preparing governance materials, and helping maintain accurate documentation for legal and administrative needs. The role is well suited for someone who can work carefully with templates and guidance while coordinating details across multiple document sets.
Job Responsibility:
Support due diligence efforts by organizing records, compiling documentation, and identifying gaps that require follow-up
Prepare resolution binders in place of formal board meeting materials and assemble supporting corporate documents in a clear, usable format
Review existing binders, create summaries of current contents, and maintain tracking logs so legal leadership can determine what information is incomplete
Draft resolutions, annual corporate documents, and related materials by applying established templates and instructions to specific situations
Coordinate with appropriate internal or external contacts to obtain missing information and ensure documentation is completed accurately
Collect employee and vendor contract records, consolidate key details, and help maintain an organized contract inventory
Examine contracts for completeness, confirm essential terms are present, and assist with drafting or updating missing information when needed
Support the upload, review, and ongoing organization of contract data within Cobblestone
Requirements:
Experience in contract administration, contract management, or corporate paralegal support
Prior exposure to preparing corporate resolutions, annual meeting documentation, or similar governance records
Ability to work from templates and written direction while producing accurate, well-structured documents
Strong organizational skills with the ability to summarize file contents and track outstanding items across multiple binders or contracts
Familiarity with reviewing agreements for missing or incomplete terms and following up to obtain required information
Comfortable supporting legal, corporate, or compliance-related documentation in a detail-oriented environment
Effective written communication skills and the ability to coordinate with various parties to gather documentation
