Job Description

This person will become the go-to resource for the coordination, organization, and administration of a wide range of business agreements. You’ll work closely with teams across the organization to help ensure documents move efficiently from request through signature and beyond.

Job Responsibility

  • Overseeing agreements from initial request through final execution and storage
  • Coordinating document flow among internal teams such as sales, finance, operations, leadership, and legal support
  • Preparing standard contract documents using approved forms and internal guidance
  • Managing edits, version tracking, and status updates throughout the review process
  • Monitoring important dates, renewal windows, notice periods, and other key obligations
  • Maintaining a reliable and organized system for document retention and retrieval
  • Summarizing key business terms for internal stakeholders when needed
  • Flagging unusual or higher-risk language for appropriate review
  • Supporting third-party agreement administration, including supplier documentation and confidentiality agreements
  • Helping improve templates, internal processes, reporting, and overall workflow efficiency
  • Assisting with documentation requests tied to audits, security reviews, and regulatory needs

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in contract coordination, agreement administration, legal operations, or a related function
  • Experience handling business-facing agreements in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and keep stakeholders aligned
  • Comfort working across departments and balancing competing priorities
  • Experience using contract tracking tools, workflow systems, or document management platforms
  • Experience working in an otherwise regulated environment
  • Familiarity with common commercial agreement types and supporting documentation
  • Exposure to privacy, data protection, security, or compliance-related terms
