Randstad is partnering with our well respected client to recruit a permanent, full-time Contract Administrator for multiple apartment construction projects across the Gold Coast, Queensland. Job Responsibility
Support the commercial delivery of residential construction projects from procurement through to final completion
Manage subcontractor procurement, including scope preparation, tender evaluation, negotiations, and contract administration
Track project budgets, forecasts, commitments, and cost performance throughout the project lifecycle
Assess and process progress claims, variations, extensions of time, and subcontractor payments
Maintain commercial documentation, procurement schedules, cost reports, and project registers
Collaborate with project managers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure contractual and commercial objectives are achieved
Requirements
2–5 year's experience as a Contract Administrator within the Australian construction industry
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline
Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience using construction management and project administration software
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment
