Contracts Administrator

• draft, review, and manage contracts to ensure terms align with company standards and requirements
• collaborate with legal teams, stakeholders, and management to address changes or amendments to contracts
• monitor compliance with contractual obligations, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
• maintain organized records of all contracts, agreements, and associated documentation
• identify risks in contract terms and propose solutions to mitigate potential issues

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• 4 years of experience in a corporate legal environment required
• strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• proficiency in data entry and experience using contract management systems (e.g., Conga) is a plus
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• familiarity with calendar management and administrative support tasks
