Contracts Administrator

• Administer contracts from intake through execution, ensuring records, approvals, and supporting documentation are complete and properly maintained
• Use Ironclad extensively to manage workflows, track agreement status, and help improve day-to-day contract processing activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare, review, and route contract materials in alignment with business requirements and timelines
• Support pricing, bid requests, and related contract documentation to help maintain consistency and accuracy across commercial activities
• Monitor multiple active assignments at once, escalating issues when needed and keeping deliverables on schedule
• Review contract data for completeness and accuracy, helping reduce errors and improve operational efficiency
• Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve questions, clarify contract terms, and support smooth execution of agreements

• 1–3 years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, contract management, or a closely related function
• Practical experience using Ironclad as an administrator or advanced end user in a contract-focused environment
• Demonstrated ability to stay organized while handling competing priorities and time-sensitive tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a careful approach to detail and quality
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with internal stakeholders and coordinating contract activities
• Ability to manage contract records, workflows, and documentation with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
• Familiarity with contract negotiations, calls for bids, and contract pricing is strongly preferred
