Xpert Resourcing are working with a growing niche business based in Ely who are looking to recruit an administrator to join their team, specifically focused on working with clients and arranging and managing contracts. Job Responsibility
Responsible for dealing with contract amendments and negotiations
Deal with contract terminations and generate quotes accordingly
Generate invoices for clients
Work closely with clients, providing excellent customer service
Requirements
Communicate effectively with existing and new customers
Resolve and questions and queries that customers may have
A minimum of 1 year's experience of dealing with contracts, customer service and sales support
