We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to support purchasing and agreement administration activities for a construction-focused organization in Monroe, Ohio. Job Responsibility
Prepare, distribute, and track purchasing agreements for internal teams and outside partners, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation
Address requests for contract records, supporting materials, and agreement copies from both company personnel and external contacts
Work closely with risk, operations, and contract leadership to confirm indemnity and insurance requirements have been satisfied before releasing finalized agreements
Provide day-to-day administrative support for contract-related activities, helping maintain organization and consistency across the department
Step in as needed to assist other members of the contracts team and help maintain coverage during absences or workload shifts
Review contract documents for alignment with company policies, procedural standards, and internal compliance expectations
Oversee the issuance and maintenance of master agreements, including organized recordkeeping and updates to tracking logs and contract files
Process revisions and redlined changes to agreements, incorporating edits accurately and preparing documents for further review or execution
Requirements
Previous experience in contract administration, contract management, or a closely related business support role
Working knowledge of purchasing agreements, contract documentation, and contract lifecycle processes
Ability to interpret and manage contract redlines, revisions, and version control with a high level of accuracy
Experience coordinating with multiple departments to verify documentation such as indemnity and insurance requirements
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain logs, files, and agreement records in a structured manner
Effective written and verbal communication skills for supporting internal teams and responding to external inquiries
Proficiency in handling multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a detail-driven environment
Familiarity with construction, contractor services, bid-related processes, or contract pricing is preferred
