We are looking for a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team in Woburn, Massachusetts. You will play an essential role in supporting sales operations and ensuring the seamless handling of contracts and licensing processes. This is an on-site position, where collaboration and communication will be integral to your success.
Job Responsibility:
Process and manage daily sales orders with accuracy and efficiency
Utilize internal systems to input, organize, and categorize sales data
Prepare and review licensing documents and contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy
Maintain organized records and ensure proper retention of group documentation
Collaborate with sales representatives, software users, and purchasing departments to address inquiries and outstanding requests
Provide support to Licensing & Contracts Associates and other team members when needed
Handle additional tasks and assignments to assist the team in achieving operational goals
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Previous experience in customer-facing or client engagement roles
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking capabilities
Must be eligible to work in the United States
