Polyseal Group is a market leader specialising in Waterproofing, Facade Refurbishment, Industrial & Commercial Coatings and Building Maintenance. We are recognised nationally within the industry for delivering a quality service for more than 30 years. Due to continued success and an increase in building volume, we have an opportunity for a Contract Administrator / Project Co-ordinator to join our established team in St. Peters, NSW. Reporting to the State Manager.

Job Responsibility:

  • Produce claims and variations, contracts admin of projects
  • Preparation of monthly reports
  • EHS and Safety Paperwork and document control
  • Desire to learn and excel in the construction industry
  • A hands-on approach to the role
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Clear communication skills
  • You must be able to read and interpret drawings
  • You must be able to take off quantities from drawings
  • Procurement of materials

Requirements:

  • Ideally you will have some experience in a similar role
  • Possess a solid background/knowledge or degree in construction management and or quantity surveying.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to interpret building plans
  • Valid NSW Driver’s Licence & own transport
  • Excellent level of computer literacy including Excel & Word Processing

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in Waterproofing, Civil and or/Quantity Surveying will be highly regarded.
  • Experience in Jobpac / Buildsoft Cubit an advantage
  • Exposure to large commercial and waterproofing projects and advantage
