Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator/Manager/Paralegal to join our team ONSITE in Hollywood, Florida. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in reviewing, and negotiating various types of contracts, including engineering agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, and construction-related contracts. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in contract management and administration.

Job Responsibility

  • Review, analyze, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including engineering agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, and construction-related contracts
  • Draft clear and legally sound contracts that align with company policies and objectives
  • Manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring timely execution, compliance, and renewals
  • Evaluate contract terms and conditions to identify risks and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues
  • Maintain accurate records of agreements and ensure proper documentation for all contracts
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all contractual agreements
  • Provide guidance and support on contract-related matters to cross-functional teams
  • Conduct thorough reviews of forensic agreements and other specialized contracts as required

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements
  • Strong understanding of contract terms, conditions, and legal language
  • Experience with construction and engineering contracts is highly preferred
  • Ability to draft and edit contracts with precision and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities to interact effectively with stakeholders
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts
