Valid operator licenses/certifications for relevant machinery (e.g., forklift, telehandler)
Minimum 1 year of experience operating construction equipment
Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills

Job Responsibility

Operate site machinery such as forklifts, telehandlers, water jets, and small trucks
Perform basic maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues
Assist with material handling, loading/unloading, and site logistics
Follow safety protocols and ensure machinery is used in accordance with site regulations
Support construction teams with equipment-related tasks as needed
Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of equipment
Record daily usage and report fuel or service needs

Skilled and physically able to operate electric hand tools, work on a ladder, carry tools, lift and carry heavy loads, operate required equipment, and operate a motor vehicle

Job Responsibility

Monitor the operation and make adjustments on refrigeration, HVAC, emergency backup systems and hot water systems
monitors operation, adjusts, and maintains refrigeration, chilled water, and air conditioning equipment and ventilating and hot water heaters
pumps, valves, piping and filters
other mechanical and equipment
record readings and make adjustments where necessary to assure proper operation of equipment
analyze the operation of various systems, determine the cause of any problems/malfunctions and take corrective action as required
Performs preventive maintenance on all base building and critical system equipment which includes but not limited to: Water treatment systems, Chillers, Air Compressors, Air Dryers, Oxidizers, Vac pumps, Generators, Fire Pumps
Install and repairs plumbing/piping/tubing
wire single and three phase motors (under the direction of the Site Electrician)
