Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Review the company's internal trading and information security policies and develop clear, engaging content to educate and reinforce these policies to staff
Manage and support smooth operation of the firm’s compliance program on a daily basis
In-depth knowledge of Arcesium policies, procedures and guidelines on prevention of insider trading, personal trading, conflict of interest, etc.
Track and record employee requests for submission of disclosures, pre-approval requests, or any specific questions regarding company policies
Address employee concerns or questions on compliance
Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes as part of the Annual Compliance Training program
Plan and conduct new hire induction and obtain employee acknowledgement of various compliance and procedures

Requirements:

BSc/BA in Finance, Business administration or a related field
0 to 2 years of relevant risk management/ compliance experience working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to acquire and develop skills needed to perform compliance roles
High level of integrity and professional ethics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information
