Following the successful launch of a significant new contract, we're looking for an experienced Contract Transition Manager to join us on a fixed-term basis and play a pivotal role in guiding the contract through its next stage of development. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a critical operational transition, bringing together people, processes and performance to ensure long-term success. You'll work across operational teams, support functions and senior stakeholders to embed sustainable ways of working, drive improvement and strengthen confidence in delivery. Job Responsibility

  • Leading the overall contract transition and stabilisation programme
  • Driving operational improvements and embedding best practice

Requirements

  • Experience leading operational transition, mobilisation, stabilisation or transformation programmes
  • A strong background within contract catering, hospitality, foodservice or other service-led environments
  • Proven experience delivering operational improvement and change initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of operational performance drivers
  • The ability to work at pace, manage competing priorities and navigate complexity
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
