Design, deliver, and manage training programs to support employee growth and compliance. Facilitate onboarding, management/soft skills, and compliance training. Develop materials, maintain training records and LMS content, and assess effectiveness. Collaborate with HR and managers on employee development, mentorship, and engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, or related
2+ years’ experience in training/learning development (not Director/Manager level)
Strong facilitation, curriculum design, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of employment law and adult learning principles
MS Suite proficiency
Experience in nonprofits/social services preferred, open to all industries
Onsite role, 9–5
Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP) a plus
