Job Responsibility:
Review and process incoming applications for eligibility, completeness, and compliance with organizational guidelines
Perform accurate data entry of application details into electronic systems and databases
Respond to applicant inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing professional and empathetic customer service
Schedule appointments for applicants and clients, coordinating calendars and sending confirmations
Maintain confidential records and uphold privacy standards in accordance with nonprofit policies
Collaborate with internal staff and external stakeholders to resolve application issues and ensure timely support
Assist with general office tasks and administrative support as needed
Requirements:
Previous administrative, clerical, or application processing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common data entry platforms
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
