Review federal and state tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance in tax work-papers
Analyze and compute taxable income and allocation of income for investors and partners
Review federal and state tax returns and K-1s issued to partners, conduct final reviews of K-1s issued to investors, and analyze updates to K-1 requirements by the Internal Revenue Service ("IRS")
