This role supports the Talent Acquisition team by proactively identifying, engaging, and pre-qualifying candidates for hard-to-fill and aging requisitions. The Talent Sourcer focuses on front-end talent identification and engagement, enabling recruiters to concentrate on stakeholder management, interviews, and offer processes while accelerating time-to-fill across priority roles.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, internal talent pools, referrals, market mapping, and professional networks
Execute sourcing strategies aligned with recruiter-led recruitment strategy meetings and aging requisitions
Conduct initial candidate outreach with phone as the primary first-touch method, followed by email as needed, leveraging the organization’s Employee Value Proposition
Pre-screen candidates to assess skills, experience, career goals, and interest level prior to recruiter handoff
Maintain accurate candidate records within recruiting systems and talent communities
Build and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs, including referral generation
Partner closely with recruiters to prioritize aging requisitions and high-impact roles
Provide regular updates on sourcing activity, candidate flow, and relevant market insights
Support recruiters during periods of high requisition volume
Follow established recruiting processes, data privacy standards, and sourcing best practices
Ensure accurate source tracking and documentation
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting
1+ years of experience using WorkDay or a similar ATS
Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn and advanced Boolean search techniques
Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
Experience working in large, global organizations or RPO environments preferred
Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, or corporate roles preferred
