Job Description

We’re hiring a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions. In this role, you’ll work closely with hiring managers to identify top talent, manage efficient search processes, and deliver excellent candidate experiences. This is a hands-on recruiting role focused on execution and strong partnership with business leaders.

Job Responsibility

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for a range of functions
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring plans, role requirements, and interview processes aligned to company values
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates
  • Deliver high-quality candidate experiences through timely communication, feedback loops, and preparation
  • Conduct initial screens and calibrate with hiring teams to align on expectations and improve funnel quality
  • Maintain consistent pipeline and funnel reporting in Ashby (ATS), supporting data-driven hiring decisions
  • Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, sharing talent insights, competitive benchmarks, and recommendations
  • Represent Tennr at recruiting events and external touchpoints, helping build brand awareness and talent networks

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth startups or tech-enabled environments
  • Demonstrated success hiring across multiple business functions
  • Strong sourcing acumen, with a track record of engaging passive talent
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Ashby strongly preferred)
  • Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide insight to cross-functional partners
  • High attention to detail, organizational strength, and ownership mindset
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and pivoting with evolving company needs

Nice to have

  • Experience with building structured interview processes
  • Familiarity with healthcare, SaaS, or AI-enabled business models
  • Passion for values-based hiring and structured interview design
  • Interest in employer branding and/or candidate marketing
