Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Contract Support to join our facilities management team for a temporary contract. This role is vital for providing essential administrative support and ensuring the smooth operational delivery of planned and reactive maintenance works.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with a variety of contract support tasks to ensure the efficient running of facilities services
  • Liaise with and chase external contractors to guarantee timely service delivery
  • Engage with engineering teams to schedule and track ongoing works
  • Oversee the booking and logging of both planned preventative maintenance and reactive repair requests

Requirements:

  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate between different stakeholders effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional liaison with contractors and engineers
  • A focused approach to ensuring all maintenance works are correctly logged and followed through to completion
  • Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
