An opportunity has arisen for a contract support team member to join our friendly team. Reporting to the Contract Support Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day administration of the for the Network Rail contract, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrational support to the Contract Team ensuring that accurate records are kept
Log and report all parking faults directly with equipment maintainers, chase up outstanding jobs/engineers, monitor attendance times for KPI's and create and maintain an accurate tracking database
Provide a customer focused service to the customer/client
Answer questions and provide information to the customer, the client and the public
Maintain Taxi Parking Portal records, processing applications and permit production
Maintain Staff Parking Portal data, ensuring compliance with DfT process
To provide management information/reports as and when necessary for the Contract Team
Requirements:
Customer service experience
Personal skills, with the knack to build positive working relations
Competence to prioritise work, multi- task and maintain organisation
Uses initiative, looks for positive outcomes
Self-motivated with a pro-active nature
Punctual, reliable and detail oriented
