Job Responsibility

  • Provide administrational support to the Contract Team ensuring that accurate records are kept
  • Log and report all parking faults directly with equipment maintainers, chase up outstanding jobs/engineers, monitor attendance times for KPI's and create and maintain an accurate tracking database
  • Provide a customer focused service to the customer/client
  • Answer questions and provide information to the customer, the client and the public
  • Maintain Taxi Parking Portal records, processing applications and permit production
  • Maintain Staff Parking Portal data, ensuring compliance with DfT process
  • To provide management information/reports as and when necessary for the Contract Team
