Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a the Holborn area London. We are currently seeking to recruit Contract Support Officer’s to join our team at Unitrust. Scope: Unitrust are looking to recruit reliable Contract Support Officer’s to deliver security officer duties across sites in London. Unitrust is an exciting security company, whom have a large footprint of clients across London. Our colleagues are of the upmost importance to Unitrust, and we continue to grow our client base. We have strong relationships with our colleagues and clients, ensuring the best delivery service. The candidate we are looking for will enjoy working at different locations with different teams. You must enjoy working on your own initiative and have a keen interest in securing our client sites. The successful Contract Support Officer’s will be respectful, tactful and provide excellent customer service skills. The pay rate will depend on the site you work at, we are a member of the Living Wage Foundation

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident and personable manner.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities, with a strong focus on providing outstanding experiences.
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and punctuality in all responsibilities.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, multitask, and prioritise effectively.
  • Physically able to perform all duties associated with the role.
  • Computer confident, proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Possess a valid SIA license.
  • First Aid at Work qualification.
  • Under the BS7858 standard, we are required to check your work history for the past 5 years.

Nice to have

  • Previous security experience (desired but not essential).
  • Exposure to relevant Protective Security or Counter Terrorism Advice.
  • Prior experience in the security industry and/or within the hospitality or corporate sectors.
  • Familiarity with technologies used to detect security threats.
  • Enhanced communication, listening, and customer service skills or the ability to develop further in this field.
