Contract Supervisor

• Produce all upfront project documentation to facilitate smooth mobilization
• Ensure all necessary pre-start activities, like risk assessments and programme developments, are completed effectively
• Oversee multiple refurbishment contracts, monitoring progress against budgets and quality standards
• Support site management teams with technical guidance and help resolve project-related challenges
• Track project financial performance and identify cost-efficient opportunities without compromising quality

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in supervising social housing projects
• A solid understanding of social housing contracts and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
• Proficiency in construction management software, including Excel and MS Project
• Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certification and CSCS affiliation
