Job Responsibility:
Produce all upfront project documentation to facilitate smooth mobilization
Ensure all necessary pre-start activities, like risk assessments and programme developments, are completed effectively
Oversee multiple refurbishment contracts, monitoring progress against budgets and quality standards
Support site management teams with technical guidance and help resolve project-related challenges
Track project financial performance and identify cost-efficient opportunities without compromising quality
Requirements:
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in supervising social housing projects
A solid understanding of social housing contracts and compliance requirements
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
Proficiency in construction management software, including Excel and MS Project
Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certification and CSCS affiliation
