Our client, a top-tier law firm, is seeking a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator – Staff Recruiting to support its high-performing talent team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role designed to provide critical support while multiple team members are on leave for a 3-month contract with potential to extend. The position will blend core recruiting coordination responsibilities with exposure to sourcing and broader recruiting operations. This individual will partner closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to support scheduling, candidate communication, and offer processes, while also assisting with sourcing efforts as needed. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented recruiting professional who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, thrives in a professional services environment, and can operate independently with strong judgment and communication skills. Job Responsibility

  • Support core recruiting coordination responsibilities with exposure to sourcing and broader recruiting operations

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination and/or junior recruiting within a law firm, required
  • Strong understanding of staff (non-attorney) recruiting processes within a law firm, required
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume interview scheduling and logistics with precision and efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and external search partners
  • Experience preparing offer letters and supporting offer processes
  • Exposure to sourcing and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools preferred
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, self-sufficient, and comfortable taking initiative in a lean, collaborative team
  • Willingness to support administrative and ad hoc projects as needed
