Provides system and process training for the supply chain team, technicians, site management, and customer employees as needed
Develops custom processes to support different contract variations
Works with customer’s purchasing and accounting departments to ensure well informed transition
May be involved in inventory audits for existing storerooms

EPA Certified (Minimum of Type I and II)

Make repairs as needed and oversee larger repairs to ensure proper work is completed
Must remain current with latest HVAC technology and safety trends
Assist with the development of specifications and oversee maintenance/repair service contracts
Develop and write RFP’s while maintaining budget impacts as required for HVAC and Mechanical projects
Recommend and implement improvements for preventive maintenance programs on an on-going basis
Develop comprehensive annual inspection process for HVAC systems within the campus
