Strong experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other search tools
Demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting environments
Proven ability to independently drive results with minimal supervision
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience conducting candidate outreach, engagement, and preliminary vetting
Results-oriented mindset with a history of meeting hiring goals

Job Responsibility

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for a variety of professional and technical roles
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to build talent pipelines
Conduct preliminary candidate outreach and screening conversations
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and market conditions
Source candidates for engineering, construction, project management, operations, and corporate positions
Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs
Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
Provide market intelligence and talent insights to recruiting partners
