Conduct initial outreach, candidate screening, and qualification to assess clinical experience, licensure, shift preferences, and alignment with role requirements
Monitor local and national nursing labor market trends, competitive organizations, compensation benchmarks, and location-specific supply/demand
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine search strategies and improve pipeline quality
Provide regular pipeline reporting and insights on sourcing performance, candidate trends, and bottlenecks
