Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for a variety of professional and technical roles
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to build talent pipelines
  • Conduct preliminary candidate outreach and screening conversations
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and market conditions
  • Source candidates for engineering, construction, project management, operations, and corporate positions
  • Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs
  • Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
  • Provide market intelligence and talent insights to recruiting partners

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sourcing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or executive search experience
  • Strong experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other search tools
  • Demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting environments
  • Proven ability to independently drive results with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience conducting candidate outreach, engagement, and preliminary vetting
  • Results-oriented mindset with a history of meeting hiring goals

Nice to have

  • Executive search, physician recruiting, agency recruiting, or headhunting experience
  • Experience sourcing Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, and other difficult-to-fill technical roles
  • Familiarity with Oracle-based ATS platforms
