Job Description

We are seeking a Contract Social Media Strategist to support a busy marketing team during a leave coverage period. This role is ideal for a hands-on social media professional who brings strong experience in organic social, digital marketing, and paid media, with a particular focus on LinkedIn advertising. This person will act as a key partner to the hiring manager and take ownership of strategy and execution across social channels with minimal oversight. The right candidate is highly organized, performance-driven, and confident managing campaigns from planning through reporting.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead social media strategy and day-to-day execution across LinkedIn and X
  • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn
  • Support promotion of approximately six survey launches running from now through December
  • Write and schedule social posts aligned with campaign goals and brand standards
  • Develop creative assets using Canva or coordinate production with internal creative teams
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign results, including ROI and performance insights
  • Partner with internal and global stakeholders to support launches and promotional initiatives
  • Coordinate timelines, workflows, and approvals across cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of social media and digital marketing experience
  • Strong background in paid media, especially LinkedIn Campaign Manager / Business Manager
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns independently and drive measurable results
  • Experience with B2B marketing or professional services environments preferred
  • Strong copywriting, reporting, and campaign optimization skills
  • Sharp eye for creative and visual presentation
  • Strong understanding of brand standards and governance
  • Ability to move quickly, prioritize effectively, and work with minimal direction
