Our client, a large law firm, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join its growing Talent Acquisition team for a 6-12 month assignment with potential for extension or long-term conversion. The recruiter will partner closely with HR and business leadership to manage a diverse requisition load, build strong talent pipelines, and support full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required, ideally within legal services, professional services, or corporate environments
Prior experience recruiting within a law firm, legal services environment, or supporting legal hiring strongly preferred
corporate legal recruiting experience will also be considered
Must have prior experience using Workday as an applicant tracking and recruiting platform
Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills with the ability to proactively network and identify talent across multiple channels
Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Professional, collaborative, and adaptable approach with the ability to build strong relationships across teams
Must be comfortable working in a hybrid environment with 2-3 days per week onsite in the New York City office.
