Job Description

We are seeking a Contract Salesforce Product Manager to join a leading hospitality organisation at a truly exciting time of transformation and modernisation. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a key system migration workstream, focused on moving a legacy client management platform onto Salesforce. The team are looking for an experienced Contract Salesforce Product Manager who is comfortable stepping into an evolving environment, quickly understanding existing systems, and driving delivery across multiple teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and drive delivery of the Salesforce migration workstream
  • Lead the migration from a legacy client management platform to Salesforce
  • Map and understand existing system processes and data flows
  • Work with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure a smooth transition
  • Support implementation across the Salesforce ecosystem, including CRM, Loyalty, and Revenue Cloud
  • Ensure systems integrate effectively with the billing platform
  • Work effectively within complex environments involving legacy systems
