Contract Room Service Server

• Provide exceptional quality and service to guests
• Provide an enjoyable, expertly served beverage and/or dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards
• Anticipate and service guests’ needs before being asked
• Knowledgeable about all available menu options, beverage lists and daily specials
• Deliver an exceptional in-room dining experience
• Provide a wide selection of food and beverage options delivered to the comfort of guests’ rooms

• Possesses an affinity for guest service
• High level of wine and food knowledge
• Smart Serve certification
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform to Four Seasons Standards and learn the Sequence of Service
• Ability to lift up to 60lbs
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts including overnights, weekends and holidays
• Outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request
• 1-2 years previous server experience in a fast paced food and beverage operation
• Exceptional communication skills and command of English language
• Legal work authorization in Canada
