Job Description:

Beacon Hill's client, a financial services company, has an urgent need for an experienced Contract Review Attorney (Senior Contracts Specialist/Attorney) to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of their vendor agreements in a part-time, remote capacity. This role is designed for a self-starter who can hit the ground running, serving as a primary legal point of contact for vendor negotiations and working independently to ensure business interests are protected while maintaining project velocity.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • 3+ Years of Relevant Experience: Proven track record in high-volume commercial contract review, specifically within a corporate legal department or law firm
  • SAAS & Tech Fluency: Familiarity with SaaS, Technology, Marketing, Recruiting, and Exhibition agreements
  • Autonomy: Ability to make sound legal judgments and push negotiations forward without constant oversight
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills for live negotiations and internal briefing

Nice to have:

  • Experience assisting with general corporate legal matters or ancillary contract work
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
