Job Description:

We’re looking for a senior retail media contractor who can plug in quickly and run paid media programs across major retailer ad networks. You’ll act as the day-to-day point person on retail media for two clients, owning strategy, execution, and reporting end-to-end. This is a contract role with strong potential to convert to full-time as our RMN business grows.

Job Responsibility:

  • Run point on retail media: Own the strategy, execution, and performance of campaigns across Amazon, KPM, Instacart, Fresh Market, and Giant Eagle for two clients
  • Platform execution: Build, launch, and manage campaigns directly in-platform and through Skai. On Amazon, work across Sponsored Ads, DSP, and AMC, and across both Vendor and Seller environments
  • Campaign management: Own day-to-day optimization, bid management, pacing, and performance against KPIs (ROAS, ACOS, NTB, share of voice, etc.)
  • Strategy and planning: Develop budget allocations, test plans, and quarterly roadmaps tied to client business goals. Recommend where to scale, pull back, or test something new
  • Reporting and insights: Use existing reporting templates (and improve them where you see fit) to turn platform data into clear, client-ready narratives
  • Client-facing presence: Attend a weekly client status call and act as the retail media subject-matter expert in the room
  • Cross-functional partnership: Coordinate with internal account leads and, depending on the client, either work with their team on creative/listings/merchandising or handle it on our side

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on retail media experience with proven results managing campaigns at scale
  • Deep Amazon Ads expertise across Sponsored Ads, DSP, and AMC, in both Vendor and Seller environments
  • Working knowledge of at least two of: KPM, Instacart, Fresh Market, Giant Eagle (or comparable RMNs like Walmart Connect or Roundel)
  • Hands-on experience with Skai (or a comparable aggregator like Pacvue, Flywheel, or Helium 10)
  • Strong Excel and data fluency — you can pull, pivot, and pressure-test numbers without hand-holding
  • Clear, concise communication and the polish to be in front of clients each week
  • Self-directed and organized
  • able to ramp fast and run independently in a contract setting

Nice to have:

  • Agency-side experience supporting multiple clients in parallel
  • CPG or grocery category experience
  • Familiarity with how retailer-side merchandising (content, listings, inventory) intersects with media performance
  • Experience scaling RMN programs from early-stage spend levels into larger investments
