Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-driven Contract Resolution Specialist to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role is 100% onsite! The ideal candidate will excel in resolving overdue rental contracts, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating across departments to ensure successful outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a portfolio of overdue rental contracts, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
Document vehicle statuses, customer communications, and outcomes with precision in internal systems
Escalate unresolved accounts to appropriate teams while ensuring all supporting documentation is complete
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate resolution processes
Conduct thorough investigations to identify effective solutions for overdue accounts
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures while working on assigned tasks
Assist with special projects and additional duties as requested to support operational goals
Adapt quickly to new systems and processes to enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections, contract compliance, customer service, or call center operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Effective verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a structured environment
Experience in consumer banking, lending, or credit card industry is an advantage
Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
