Job Description

We are currently looking for Contract & Representation Administrator to join our Operations Team part of our M Energy Customer Solution Division in our Paiania Offices. By joining this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing customer Electricity and Gas Supply Contracts, ensuring accurate data in the CRM system, and handling contract-related requests.

Job Responsibility

  • Processing and managing Electricity and Gas Supply Contracts, including physical documents
  • Reviewing and validating applications with incomplete supporting documents, providing guidance on registration issues
  • Registering and updating customer data in the CRM database
  • Ensuring the accuracy of customer data entries in the CRM system
  • Conducting credit checks and logging results
  • Canceling supply contracts based on customer or partner requests
  • Managing requests related to the representation of Electricity and Gas meters
  • Handling departmental email communications with involved teams
  • Confirming and archiving contracts in both electronic and physical formats
  • Ensuring customer excellence for B2B and B2C contracts
  • Collaborating with regulatory bodies such as DEDDHE, RΑΑΕΥ, and DAPEEP on process operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail operations
  • Good command of the English language
  • Knowledge of billing systems (IEBS, Galaxy, SAP) will be consider as an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization and planning abilities
