Requirements:

  • 3+ years as an agency recruiter, focused on contract roles within the Energy & Renewables industry
  • Passion for business development and winning new clients, hiring for contractors
  • Strong negotiation skills and proven track record in closing contract deals
  • Clients that you can work with straight away and a targeted list of companies you want to target in the next six months
  • Proven ability to forecast accurately on revenue generation for contract recruitment
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and ambitious plans to scale
