Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
1+ year of recruiting coordination, HR coordination, scheduling, or recruiting operations experience required
Ability to manage multiple calendars, coordinate complex scheduling logistics, and maintain a high level of organization and responsiveness
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and provide a high-touch candidate experience
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate or seek guidance
