Our client, a global management and technology consulting firm, is seeking a Contract Recruitment Operations Assistant to join its collaborative People Operations team until February of 2027. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career recruiting or HR professional to gain hands-on exposure across recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding support, and HR operations within a fast-paced, high-growth consulting environment. Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and provide a high-touch candidate experience
