At IC Resources, we specialise in deep tech recruitment – and our Contract Division is growing fast. We’re looking for a driven Contract Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Theale. This is a permanent role, focused on placing contractors into some of the most innovative deep tech companies worldwide – from start-ups to global industry leaders.

Job Responsibility:

Building and nurturing a network of contract professionals across deep tech
Managing the full 360 contract recruitment cycle in a fast-moving, technical market
Developing client relationships and uncovering new contract opportunities
Becoming a trusted partner to hiring managers, delivering speed, quality and compliance

Requirements:

A proactive, commercial mindset with strong relationship-building and closing skills
Curiosity and interest in the deep tech world – from semiconductors and software to AI, quantum and photonics
Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast paced, performance-driven environment
Someone who is goal orientated, loves a challenge and chasing opportunities
