Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, required
1+ years of recruiting coordination or high-volume interview scheduling experience, required
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong client-service mentality with a polished, professional communication style
Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong follow-through
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS preferred)
Proficiency in Outlook and comfortable managing heavy calendar scheduling
Excited about recruiting and interested in long-term growth within HR or Talent Acquisition
